Foreign national working as sales agent

Dear Sir,

Can a NRI working in australia work as a sales agent for a property situated in Punjab india.

The purpose of his job would be to sell the property to NRI in australia on commission basis.

If yes than pl advise the document required to be executed with an australian sales agent

Yes. He can be very well appointed for this purpose and a MOU is required to be registered in India as well as in Austrelia so that none of the countries would have any objection thereto.

Mere agreement is enough for the appointment of agent on commission basis. No need for registration of the document.
