how accurate are forensic reports i have a situation in where the victim in the dowry death case commited suicide by hanging can the postmortem report comes as murder even there is no involvement of the accused

there is a case of 304b the chargesheet is filed the case is sent to the commiting to sessions the parents of the deceased are ready for a compromise as the allegations are false can the case be completed quickly if compromised

Forensic report can be very strong evidence but being an opinion of an expert it is not binding on the Court.The court will weigh the opinion of expert with all round circumstances of the case and arrive to a logical conclusion.Here the role of lawyer defending the case will play a vital role.
