This query is : Resolved
Sir,
For the repeated query, experts say we will not respond to repeated query. It is to be noted that every practicing Advocate is not fully knowledgeable one. At times they make mistakes. Whether it is a client or the advocate may ask some query. If experts did not reply, the query can not be solved. It is not for the marks or ranking, the queries to be answered. It may be a repeated query for the one who is regularly following the experts views. For others it is a new query. Kindly think over it and give reply even for the repeated query. or else show the way to get the answer for the repeated query

You mean to say that a same person would repeat same query from time to time with hope a new expert sees it and give another opinion?
If it is answered then why on earth the others would again read and give reply?

if some experts have given reply to the query and it has been satisfcatorily resolved it does not make sense to repeat the same query again . the amount of time wasted on replying to a repeated query can be frutifully utilised to help a litigant solve his legal problems .

Experts are neither God nor can they be. During the course of replying various queries, they have to face various problems out of which some have been indicated by you. You should also think over other side of coin when some persons take this free of cost site as a tool for time pass or take it lightly and keep on posting same query again and again one by other on the same day. What is the solution of this problem as per your views?
If experts go on replying each and every joke with same seriousness as you argue then many serious queries shall remain unanswered because every one has very limited time to devote for public purpose. I know some experts even remain engaged replying queries during mid-night leaving their best time of rest. Such free of cost devotion requires appreciation and not to be discarded.
Anonymous query can be raised by anyone including experts and lawyers also and I do not think it a good policy not to answer such queries. Some persons may not disclose their identity so there is no need to make hue and cry over this aspect.

So before signing off let us all agree on answering on a repeated query unless the author could show that the previous query remain unanswered.

Most of the People post querries over the head of their counsels to take another opinion.Though in the long run they suffer because in the process they demoralise their own advocate.
There can never be final word in law, otherwise there will never be two sides.
To me it provides opportunities for counter opinions which helps to take proper steps.

I emdorse the views of Mr. Deepak Nair.
On the other hand, I do not agree with the reply of my friend JSDN where according to him the querists suffer because in the process they demoralise their own advocate. I am sure, a querist comes to this forum only when he is either not satisfied with the reply of his advocate, or his advocate is not able to convince him, or does not try to explain him the complexities properly and fully, or sometimes his advocate, if unethical, tries even to mislead him.
Of course, repeated queries from the querists are not preferred, as he should not expect any more or varied replies when the experts have already replied on his query.

We cannot discourage repeated query. If the problem still not solved, any expert having knowledge in latest judgment, can provide better answer beneficial to the party.

Baba,
if the query was not resolved the first time, do you think posting it again, the experts would have a new thought process.
