Forgery - i am rewriting my yesterday's complaint

(Querist) 16 September 2011 This query is : Resolved
hello sir i am rewriting my problem in detail as you all asked.

i moved one bail application of my father in high court.

case was that my father forged the signatures on the agreement to sell of one of the seller in that document, my father was the co-seller in that.

our case was that my father didnt forged the signatures, but the complainant "A" is habitual of signing different signatures at different occasions. in support of our this statement we enclosed some of the copies of his signatures we were having as one extra affidavit in the bail application.

that extra affidavit was signed by me under the authority letter of my father.

as my father was not there i searched myself at home and got to find one old sale tax form (of around 1985) bearing the signatures of the complainant. i enclosed that in court's affidavit.

but unfortunately due to some unknown reason to me, i found later that the document i was having is the xerox of the duplicate copy of that form which shall be in complainant's "A" possession and its original copy is in sales tax office, which has some different signatures.

although i have annexed around 80 of his such signatures in rohini court, and around 13 in high court.

the complainant "A" took the advantage of that single document and now has made a criminal complaint against me after around 9-10 months in tilak marg police station which is having high court in its jurisdiction, that i deliberately signed or forged that single document to get the bail of my father.

i want to know what can happen in this case.

i am not having the original of that, that must be with the complainant only.
because we are having the copy of that.

please suggest what should i do, and what can heppen?
thank u

It would have been better had you posted your revised question on the same thread or you would have given the link of that question to enable the experts to refer to their answers to your previous question also and to review in the light of your revised question.

if the complainant has stated that you have forged signature of complainant to get bail for your father when the case goes on trial the complainant can be called upon to produce the orginal document if it is in his posession .
the complainant will have to prove that you have forged the document . handwriting opinion may be sought . it is only after trail is completed will it be known whether signature has been forged or not

I agree with mr.ajay sethi.
