Forgery sign

My grandma's sign has been forged on title deed as claimant and it has been forged by my uncle. As my grandma is not alive, can i file a criminal case against my uncle.

HANDWRITING EXPERTS WILL COMPARE SIGN & GIVE THEIR EXPERT OPINION, IS BINDING ON COURT TO READ IN EVIDENCE , AFTER CROSS EXAMINATION OF EXPERTS.
It attract criminal action too.

This is your allegation only and without proof it has no meaning.

And there are two aspects of such cases first you have to prove the signatures are forged and there after you have to prove who has forged it .

IT IS NOT EASY TASK.

Thank you for your valuable in inputs. To add to the above, actually my grandma does not know english and the sign on the title deed is in English. It has been admitted by my uncle in a previous judgment copy that my grandma does not know english. My father's name is not in the title deed, can i file a FIR against my uncle directly in the concerned Police Station.

You have not atated whether the title deed got registered.If so whether before or after the date of death of your grandma.
