WHO STOP YOU USING YOUR RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS?
OR HIRE A SHOP ON LEAVE LICENCE AGREEMENT & REGISTER YOUR PARTNERSHIP ON THAT ADDRESS
OR ENTER INTO AGREEMENT TO USE SOMEONE'S ADDRESS

As such even Oral Partnership is valid.

Parternership Act doesn't envisage C/o address or simply a Post Box address. You would be using a partnership Firm's seal, the address needs to be shown there

As advised by experts, you can use the residential address of either party for the partnership deed.

You must understand there is a address clause in a written deed of Partnership.
The promoters of the proposed entity i.e. the Partnership firm intend to form a business entity under a particular name & style to pursue specified business objective so that prospective customers/ clients can contact them in the address of their regd. office as noted in the deed. So, pl. mention your permanent address in the deed where people can contact you for business needs and statutory authority can also communicate in the said address. It need not be a commercial location .
