i need to file an application to the special court. I need to seek an order to set aside prohibitory order passed by the state vigilance to freez the bank accounts of my client . i have not filed such application . do you have a sample format and can you send me

There is no such peculiar sample. File the petition in its usual format.

There is no specific format for this purpose however, you should start it with the name of the court and then name of the parties with their status and then heading of the application and then the matter should be put in sequence and in last paragraphs, the desired relief should be got mentioned. an affidavit duly sworn should also be accompanied with the application.
