Am advising you to consult an advocate. Creating an agreement not like purchasing a ready made shirt which will be suit for your size. We have to apply our mind with some terms and conditions. So don't go for any ready made formate.

Though each matter contains its own and distinct fact but format definitely helps in drafting. LCI has also saved various formats. You may take help of those formats given separately in this site.

I am always opposed to formats,but can not deny they are suitable guides in hands of lawmen but knife in hands of lay.
