Dear Sir/Madam

Any one help me to provide the the format of will where husband write the will the name of wife and after the wife every thing the name of daughter.

What is the process to register the will.

No particular format is necessary.. just go through basic important prerequisites while drafting.. such as property description, two witnesses etc.
It is always advisable to take a help of a legal expert while executing such documents.

Preferably let your own very able senior local counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in succession/civil matters, draft it as per your needs and to defend your long term interest.

Or you can search and draft it as per your search and understanding and get it signed om plain paper.............along with witnesses.

Prefer to register the WILL.

It is mandatory to probate the WILL at presidential towns: Mumbai,Kolkota, Chennai.

It has its own expenses.

If contested, WILL may land up in probate court of pecuniary jurisdiction.

You may consider it also.
