Foster daughter legally has got no rights in inheritance. If 1st class heirs are not alive then the property shall go to second class and then to 3rd class but foster girl do not find place therein.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 14 November 2013
Agree with the advise of Expert raj kumar makkad ji. in absence of any will she will not inherit property left.

Whether Y is alive or not. If Y is alive, the property goes to Y. He is having full right over the property.
