R/sir, I am co-owner of agriculture gat alongwith to other two person. I have a very little share in said land. it is only 20 gunthas out of 5 acres. now problem is that other co-sharer has sold their share to third person without my consent.actually i was immense interesed to purchase their share.now it is become difficult to me cultivate my little share alone. so what is remedy available for me by law.

Any share holder in the joint property can sell his share, hence joint share holders in Agr. land had all rights to sell their share to any one.
You can continue as such or purchase nearby land if possible to get a big piece of Agr. land. You may sell your share also.

It is better either to purchase the joint land from new buyers or sale your share to them.
