This query is : Resolved
My case is
(i) There is no specific allegation of personal nature against me in the Charge-Sheet
(ii) The Special Judge, Vigilance did not conduct inquiry with considerations and hearing as directed under Section 239 and 240(1) of the Cr.P.C.; and charges were framed against me.
(iii) I have very good grounds for being discharged as per Section 239 Cr.P.C.
(iv) The charges which were framed are beyond the Charge-Sheet.
In which manner and in which forum I can put these facts for having appropriate relief?
