Procedure, as prescribed by the franchise applies on the franchisee, not to be dictated by the franchisee. So, better refer the terms & conditions of the franchisor of the training institute.

However, you will be welcome, if you come to ask for any opinion on doubt on any of the terms & conditions of the franchiser.
