Fraud in loan payment in lic

I TOOK RS 800000/- BY USING OTHER EMPLOYEES PASSWORD BY CREATING LOAN ON MY POLICIES. WHEN THE DIVISIONAL OFFICE TEAM ENQUIRED THE MATTER AND ASKED ME FOR EXPLANATION, I CONFESSED THE MATTER AND RETURNED BACK THE WHOLE AMOUNT TO LIC. NOW, IS THERE ANY WAY TO SAVE MY JOB IN LIC?

It is a serious breach of trust. Now it would be upon LIC authorities to decide whether to condone you or not.

Ans : It is fraud.
It is Govt company. If any of your senior officer seeks legal advise I will always advise not to be lenient so that his job is not endangered. Anyone allowing you to continue shall do so at his career risk. I do not expect LIC authorities to be so foolish.
Maximum leniency you can expect that they may allow you to resign and not register FIR on you.

ask LIC for an honourable exit wherein you resign and they dont proceed legally against you
