sir,
The freedom fighter want to sell his land. the Sub Registrar want NOC from Revenue Divisional Officer is it actually necessary are not.

Basha! Rules for such land allotted/assigned to freedom fighters is different for different states. Can you tel us which State are you reffering?

The land granted by govt. needs NAZARANA to be paid for transfer by way of sale deed.
