Freehold immovable property

My father died last month leaving behind my mom and us two sisters. He had a DDA freehold MIG flat. The conveyance deed was in his sole name. We all three want the flat's title transferred in our joint names. Which is the authority in Delhi we should approach for this. Kindly advise.

make an application to DDA . enclose copy of death certificate and application for transfer of flat in name of 3 legal heirs . you may have to give an indemnity bond . visit DDA website for more details

Thanks for your prompt reply. DDA says after free hold and execution of conveyance deed they cease to have anything to do in the matter. I may add, sir, the conveyance deed is duly registered in my late father's name.

is cooperative society formed for flats .?if so make an application for transfer to society for endorsing your names in share certifcate . advisable to contact a local lawyer
