We have withdrw our civil suit with the permission of court to file fresh on the same cause of action in 2012. court gives permission without prescribing any time limit.
we have not filed fresh till yet due to financial problem and legal aid did not provide proper aid to file suit .
now in 2014 to file suit fresh on same cause of action will we face any problem of limitation period ?

Unless you describe nature of suit, how could we make comment on limitation point.
Limitation time differs from nature of suit.
Genrally it is from 3 years to 12 years.
So you have still time.

The limitations to file fresh suit depends on the nature of the suit to be filed though with the permission of the court on the same cause of action.

the suit is for possession and cancellation of transfer of this property against forcible and illegal disposeesion from property in 2007 in which we have share.
