Dear Sir,
I have worked in tecon projects pvt. ltd., noida from 08-08-2005 to 20-12-2010. they did not give me my full and final and not deposited my p.f. also. My net outstanding is approx. rs. 1.5 lacs. They dnt reply to my mails and dnt hv given me releiving letter as well. Please advice if i can do something.

Non-deposit of PF dues/deduction with PF authorities within specified time is misappropriation of money and thus it is a criminal offence and a criminal case can be filed against all concerned personnel of your previous employer.
You should serve a legal notice to your previous employer and claim each and every desired documents and dues and then file a civil suit thereafter.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Provident Fund Commissioner, if they really have not deposited your P money in your account. The PF Commissioner office will look in to the matter of iregularity on the part of the company.
For your salary dues, you may send a lawyer's notice to the company for making payment.
