Dear sir my name is sheetal lall . I worked for zyduswellness sikkim for 3.5 year. I left the company in October 16.
After sending mail for my F&F at HO they commumicated that they have send the detail to RO in the month of February and they will give the detail.
Till date nothing has been communicated to me and it seems an intentional harassment.
Please suggest what should I do

While posting such queries employee should post basic information!
What is this establishment; Commercial, Industrial?
What is its nature of business say; IT, ITeS?
How many persons are employed in it?
What is your designation and nature of duties?
How many persons report to you?
Do you have any power to sanction leave/increment/appoint/terminate/appraise etc etc ?
You are in which state? Since how many months you are working?
Do standing orders (model/certified) apply to establishment and your designation?
What is notice period as per appointment letter/offer letter and what was notice period tendered by you?
Was ever any stinker, memo, show cause notice on any misconduct issued to you?
Are you a member of employee’s/trade unions?
Has the establishment issued/supplied, salary slips of all months, PF number and a/c slips of all years, ESIC card,?

What is the reason for sending to RO?

Generically speaking in case the employee has tendered notice of resignation then employer has sufficient time to put its house in order and complete exit/FnF formalities.
It can tender FnF dues on LWD or say within next 3 days.
Employee can lodge complaint if wages evn if FnfF wages are not paid on usual pay day.
What is the reason in your case?
Has the establishment issued FnF statement, acknowledgment and acceptance of notice and resignation, salary slips of all months, PF number and a/c slips of each year, acknowledgment of handover of charge/assets, service certificate,relieving letter............. etc etc

Send reminder to your ex-employer as per their undertaking/communication and take action accordingly.

If employer or attorney's of employer have decided to send to RO then they can't sleep on it and are under obligation to interact and close the matter with intimation to Ex. employee.
Why do you feel that it is intentional harassment!

Send registered letter followed with weekly reminders and e-mails. If no action, send legal notice.

It is loud and clear that company does not want to pay.
Do you have acknowledgment of handover/assets,NDC/NOC?
