Dear Sir
I was working as Regional Sales manager in GFB Great foods pvt ltd from July 2011 to March 2013. I have also received Full and final settlement letter from finance director and accounts head duly signed but till date Rs 60000 is still pending. I have send lot of mails and followups through phone call but Noone is listening. Pl guide.

Inspector appointed under (Name of the state) Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, Payment of Wages Act
O/O Labor Commissioner (irrespective of the designation)
Civil Courts for recovery
File complaint u/s406,420
Approach employer as Creditor and file for winding up petition
