Full & final salary not paid

I worked with a company as a Consultant ( full time Employee )on a monthly salary of Rs. 50000/- , (Date of Joining 20 Sep 2012 , last working day with company 27th may 2013) and after working for 9 months with proper resignation and acceptance of the same i left that company but even today after 9 months have passed the company have not paid my last month salary ( full & final Payments )
I send several mails and Reminders to all company senior members but not received any payments
I received one mail on 20th sep 2013 where the company have send me one final payment sheet and agree to pay Rs 39000/- but still again the company have not paid that amount also .
pl advice how i can recover my salary

File a suit for recovery of money.
Case of criminal breach of trust is also an option.

Send legal notice claiming the outstanding and if no response, file legal suit.

After sending a legal notice demanding the salary amount, if there is no proper response, you may file a suit for recovery of salary through civil court.
