Hello Sir,
Hadseen flat in building in Gaothan area in andheri mumbai,the laand is in landlordsname & seems to be genuine owner of land.
i understand bank willnot give loann for this,but wht documents\agreements i need to ask from flat seller to go ahead with sale.PLs advise

Regarding the purchase of a flat following documents are reqd.
a) Xerox copy of title of land.
b) Municipality/corporation tax bill.
c) copy of approved building plan.
d) search report of land minimum 13 years.
e) agreement copy of land owner and developer regarding construction.
f) etc.
