dear sir/madam,
after B.Tech in 2010 i worked in a pharma company i left the job in 2011. i got the appointment letter but didnt get experience lettre but i have salary slips.then i worked in a BPO and left job in july 2012 where i got the experience letter.since then i am taking coaching for civil services and now want to take admission in LLB.but the college adminstration is saying that there shouldnt be a gap after graduation..what should i do?

2-in oct 2010 after graduation i changed my first name,i worked in an international BPO with my new name only from 2011 to 2012..i have an affadavit, news paper and in gazzette also..i got new identity proofs by my new name also like Driving licence, pan card, passport, adhar card ,bank accounts etc. how can i take admission in LLB by my new name.?

you are highly qualified B tech . instead of changing jobs stick to one field .you have to meet the criteria laid down for LLB admission . only university can guide you in this matter

Better use your present qualification, skill, and experience in your present field. Agree with the expert ajay sethi ji.

respected experts,
i agree with ur opinion regarding not switching the job field ..but i want to do IAS/IPS..and it can take time of 2-3 years of preparation so meanwhile i can complete LLB. and it will defintly help me in this path...i just wanted to knw if i have changed my first name with all legal formalties ,is there any point by which a govt. university can reject my application..and if an university does so,what are options for me...

Your change of name is complete in all respects but better to get inserted the changed name in the educational certificates.
