RESPECTED SIR,
MY FATHER HAS THE HOBBY OF GARDENING AT HOME AND FOR PROTECTING THE PLANTS FROM INSECTS HE USE SOME PESTICIDES.OUR NEIGHBOR PROTESTED THAT SUCH AN ACTIVITY IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL.PLEASE HELP ME.

let him protest . you are using pesticide at your home for gardening purposes

If Using pesticides result in some allergic conditions on the neighbors, try for another pesticide. Try if some amicable solution is possible otherwise avoid them.

Use of pesticides without using proper way may harm even to your father so better to obtain this information from the local department of horticulture of your State which generally provide free advice in such matters.
