When accused first appear before Court after summon then after supplying the copy of chargesheet the matter further adjourned for scrutiny of documents.

What accused has to do in scrutiny of documents.

this is not followed in WB. Check with your local lawyer as the case should have been fixed for framing of charge.

The accused has to verify whether the documents shown in the list appended with charge-sheet have actually been supplied to him or not.
