My daughter is presently at UK.She did not gave any GPA till today. She has closed her loan at HDFC and Documents to be delivered to me or my wife.HDFC has suggested to get GPA as per proforma in their web site and get it notarized at UK
it has also suggested the document to be registered with local registrar office and submt.
I have verified the the GPA format and it is useful to HDFC transactions only. Is there any GPA which covers her transactions viz., operation of other Bank accounts, shares and sale of property clauses
I attach HDFC file and another file please suggest me

For that you may get executed another set of fresh GPA covering various activities you may handle on her behalf.
GPA executed in abroad needs to be only notarised and attested through Indian Consulate abroad.
In India it needs to be only Adjudicated , there is requirement of registration here.

Instead of HDFC GPA can I suuggest that attached GPA with my querry earlier please give your valuable dvise

Suggest to get one drafted by visiting a local advocate so that you may have the same done as per your wish and incorporate or delete necessary/unnecessary clauses.
