Respected All,
Please provide me by which mode subsistence allowance is given to a suspended nationalized bank award staff employee as per Award/BPS?
After how much time of suspension period non-employment certificate is submitted to get subsistence allowance as per bank laws? Please provide time limit in words and figures both as per Award/BPS?
Whether this is necessary to give monthly declaration that employee concerned is nonworking anywhere for getting subsistence allowance? After getting 10 months subsistence allowance can employee submit it after 10 months?

Respected sirs,
My brother facing under suspension process from a nationalized bank. He got subsistence allowance without non-employment certificate from starting 10 months. He now not getting nothing from the bank. He was on clerk post. He is financially handicapped now and asking help from me upon aforementioned points/facts. i am only posted this on known sources/sites. please help me in urgent need.

Still there are two drawbacks in your description, i.e., (1) absence of your own identity, and (2) no mention about whether your brother asked the bank authorities, why the bank has stopped drawing his subsisting allowance and what was their response to her enquiry.

Respected Sirs,
Bank stopped crediting the subsistence allowance into account due to non-submission of non-employment certificate (thats why i asked the aforementioned queries)
by my friend. He replied to the bank authorities that "on what basis you had credited subsistence allowance for last 10 months in my s/b accounts".
Please help in urgent need.

Submission of non-employment certificate is a must to draw subsistence allowance. If not employed there should not be any hitch for your brother to submit the requisite certificate to the bank.

Bank is fully justified rather having no choice) to stop subsistence allowance. You are aware that your friend has not submitted non-employment certificate.
This declaration has to be rendered each month.

It appears that facts are something different: first, it was your brother who has been under suspension, now it is your friend. The truth appears to be that you, yourself, is the person under suspension.
It is primary requirement that the employee need to furnish 'Non-employment certificate' in order to receive the subsistence allowance. The lapse or failure on the part of the authorities do not vest you with any right not to furnish the requisite certificate.
By the way, what is the problem in furnishing the certificate?

from where I can collect the basic written banking laws related to below mentioned queries after paid service?
1- mode/medium to give subsistence allowance,
2-After how much time of suspension it is submitted to concerned authority?(months/days),
3- which act/laws confirms that submission of non employment certificate is must for clerk grade bank employee (award staff employee)?
4- Initially who has committed grave mistake or break the established bank laws w.r.t. subsistence allowance
a- bank who paid for 10 months subsistence allowance in the beginning without non employment certificate,
b- employee who has not submitted non employment certificate after 10 months of suspension.
Respected experts provide me all after paid service?
