Getting bail

can a person be kept in jc without starting trial for unlimited period in our case one of the co accused has deposited his liabilty amt in court and get anticipatory bail and main accused and main benficiaries bail and anticipitory bail hearing is adjourned to next week our lawer is telling us that if we get an undertaking that our pf and grautiy benifit is held by our employer total amt of rs 10 lakhs on a/c of this case we will get the bail is it advisible to give undertaking and court is having some doubt against the complainat as he is insisting that he should get the payment through bank as he deposited the amt in bank he is stating that he does not know the benificiary he is insisting that bank should be one of the party in this case

we need more explanation about your case. Normaly some reason of behind for refusing bail. So you follow your advocate's advise with your decision. Here we dont know full facts of case . so need little more brief of case.

What is the question?

I think it has more to do with not being able to get the surity deposit in the court, than denial of bail.
