PLEASE ADVISE :

WHY BUILDERS ARE NOT WILLING TO OFFER ROOF RIGHTS THROUGH PROPER SALE DEED / REGISTRY.

WHAT IS THE COST OF REGISTRATION FOR THE ROOF RIGHTS

WHEN THERE IS PERMISSION TO BUILD ONLY UPTO GROUND + TWO FLOORS, WHAT IS THE VALUATION OF ROOF RIGHTS FOR REGISTRATION & OTHER PURPOSES.

Roof right to any one of the apartment owner can cause lots of problem to other apartment owners, like installation and maintenance of water fittings, water tanks, etc.
