sir,
since last 100 year my uncle family is residing in a house , the house name is in my uncle name but ,, but that land measuring 750 sq ft is in some others name ,, now that person is giving that land into my uncle name ,,and he asked to prepare the papers for that ,, kindly suggest which way is good to transfer the land ownership in my uncle name ,, that person giving the land without any consideration ,, whether gift deed is suitable,,
if gift deed is suitable can he give the give in the name of my uncle and aunt both ,,

yes gift deed would be ideal .it can be made in favour of your uncle and aunt . have document stamped and regd . get it drafted by a local lawyer .

If it is without consideration then Gift deed should be executed.

Relinquishment deed is the best bet in the given facts which attracts just a token stamp duty. It should be duly registered before registrar.
