If brother want to give property to his brother then how much stamp duty & registration charges are to paid as per Maharashtra stamp act.

Stamp duty varies from State to State. In some States, such gifts involve only nominal stamp duty.

there is a reduction of stamp duty to gift deeds given by donor to his family members such as father, mother, sister and brother,wife/husband which came into force from April,2015. so consult local registrar office or a local lawyer.
