Ji, the children of 1st wife of your grandfather and the 2nd wife of your grandfather have equal rights over the property. so file partition suit. consult a local lawyer.

2nd wife has no child and she wants to donate entire property to children of first wife (inclusion you)

Do you want to really avoid this.

The gift deed is already stated to have been executed by your step grandmother in the year 2003, now what is the dispute for consideration and obligation of experts on this platform Mr./Ms. Anonymous?

You can challenge the said gift deed in the civil court.
P. Venu (Expert) 01 August 2019
On the death of the grandfather, the property is jointly vested with the step grandmother (his second wife) and the children of the first wife (your grandmother). The gift deed is limited to her share in the property. A suit for partition is the remedy, if no amicable settlement is not possible.
