we are living in democratic country having right to express with duties to prevent country from the evils if any body who tries to use the law for his personal benefit then there is no use of having such sites. politico land mafia are play havoc on ordinary man who is working for the benefit of society and facing f i r u/s 295 and if he appeal for help ans are no reply

once gift deed is made in favour of donee and duly registered property vests in donee . if donor has gifted property to educational instiution it is the owner of said property .

SIR CAN THE TRUSTEE CHANGE THIS EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION TO RELIGIOUS PLACE WITH THE EVIL IDEA OF CHANGE OF LAND USE A LAND WHICH IS DONATED FOR EDUCATION ONLY
