gift deed/ memorandum

if i receive 1 lac 4m my spouse or i gift 2 my son the wat would b the formate of gift deed & is gift deed or memorandum of gift is imp. & wat would b the stamp duty or wat other things has 2 b keep in mind

A simple gift deed of money from your spouse to you and similarly a gift deed from you to your son will be sufficient. There is no requirement under law to pay stamp duty or registration of the same. However, in best interest take care that you receive and as well as pay only through an account payee cheque and notarize the gift deeds.

Stamp duty may varies for diffrent state, simple gift deed of money from your spouse to you and similarly a gift deed from you to your son will be sufficient.
