As your Grand father cancelled previous gift deed. It is final and binding on you. Hence act accordingly.

We are plaining to fial a petticion in the court.... What are the chances to win the case.....
ADV-JEEVAN PATIL, MUMBAI (Expert) 19 June 2016
Gift deed validly made normally is not cancelled.
However, donee expired but donor still alive. In my opinion donor should have right to revoke gift deed.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 19 June 2016
Gift deed once registered and acted upon can not be revoked by the donor.
So file a suit for setting aside the cancellation deed and the subsequent sale deed.

I concur with Mr. Barman.
