Respected Sir,
My dad had received a property from my grandfather as a Gift Deed. This property was owned by my grandfather on his own and he expired 4 years back. Now, if my dad has to sell the property, does he require the signature from me and my brother?
Thanks for your help.

No consent or signatures required by your father to sell the property. It would be treated his self acquired property. Agree with the experts.

I fully agree with the experts advise, no consent of any one (including your brother/yourself) is required by your father to dispose it of.

No is the answer. He can deal with the property as he deems fit.
