My name is himanshu shrma,
I want to gift My property to my widow mother ares 403 sq yard.
whether stamp duty is applicable,if yes, at which rate.

Stamp duty varies state to state.
at up, rate of stamp duty is 7 per cent.

Stamp Duty is applicable on Gift Deeds. The rates different from State to State. However, the stamp duty applicable on gift deeds are lesser than the stamp duty applicable for sale deed registration. Consult concerned Registrar Office.
