Using a post dated stamp paper is not illegal, but how are U going to execute when U are away abroad on that day

Why do you want to mention 27th April on the stamp paper?
Stamp papers are sold by licensed vendors generated through computers which cannot change the date of its purchase, name of purchaser and/or value of stamp paper. There is no possibility of getting post- dated stamp paper.

Dear All,
I would like to explain that I have alreday got a stamp paper. Can I put on that the date as 27th April and execute the same abroad while I am travelling. In that case should I mention the place of execution as India or abroad.

If you are not available in India at the time of execution how can you mention it as India?, what is your exact problem?, discuss your real problem.
