Gift to trust

My Late father made the will in which he made my step mother the absolute owner of the immovable property..
Now she is threatning that she will gift the property to the trust..
However it is clearly mentioned in the will that it is at my step mothers will either to divide or dispose the property between the children..

CAN SHE GIFT THE PROPERTY TO THE TRUST??
PLZ ADVICE...!!!

it is a conditional will. Moreover as per the condition she can gift her share in the property to trust.

Your mother is the absolute owner of the property, and being so, she can dispose the property however she chooses, i.e. she can sell it, gift it, or divide it, as she is the absolute owner

She can dispose of the property in any way she likes.
