Gift Vs Sale

Which one is better a Gift Or a Sale Deed.
Eg: A wants to transfer a property to B his brother. Is a Gift deed better or a sale deed has to be executed in this regard.

Any implications / risks involved if gift deed is executed..?

Gift deed will involve no consideration. Whereas sale deed will involve consideration. Since A wants to give the property to his brother B then a gift deed is sufficient. Even a settlement deed is possible.

Are there any risks involved if gift deed is exectuted..instead of other form?

No risk. But get it registered.
