Only an onerous or conditional gift can be revoked, other than that if gift is executed under any undue influence, coercion or threat it can be revoked otherwise no.

In a conditional gift, if conditions are violated or the fits suffering from infirmities or gifts void ab initio only can be revoked. The moment a clean gift is accepted and registered, the owner looses all his right and cannot revoke it later.
