Girl whom i love is getting assaulted from her family

Hello Sir,
I need your help. Family Members of Girl to whom, I love, are really fighting with her, too much torturing her. Her Father, elder sisters husband, they locked her in her home town home. She is in working, so not able to go to office even. now almost 1 week passed. She some how contact me. Actually we want to marry. But we both are from different caste. But her father are opposing to that. when she informed at home they are very misbehaving with her. Every thing they are doing, as per her elder sisters Husband(her Daji) plan. (where as he is not from her family).
Please guide me.
I cant see her pain. You can understand our situation.
I tried to contact her family, but they are not even interested to contact me.. they are only forcing her(in wrong way) to forget me.
We both want to marry each other only.
First, how can i take an action, so that she will be free from her home.
Please help me. please..

It is only she who has to contact police and she has not done so far.
You practically cannot do anything.
You call the police and they will force her to speak against you and you are in serious trouble.

Lodge a police complaint that your girl friend I wrongfully confined in her room. Once she comes out, marry her so you can initiate more effective legal recourse like writ of habeus corpus.

In such cases if her family members are in trouble due to your police complaint, she may speak against you, may be in pressure. Better let her manage and come to you where you can marry her.
If she really loves you, she would meet you.

MANAGE ONE OF HER CLOSE FRIEND AT HER WORKING PLACE AND SEND HER TO YOUR GIRL FRIEND WITH THE ADVICE OF WRITING A COMPLAINT AGAINST HER FAMILY( father, sister and sister's husband ) THAT SHE IS BEING CONFINED IN A LOCKED ROOM ILLEGALLY AND WRONGFULLY TO PREVENT HER TO ATTEND HER OFFICE WHERE SHE IS WORKING AND IF SUCH UNAUTHORISED LEAVE OF ABSENCE CONTINUES SHE WILL LOOSE HER JOB.HENCE, SHE PRAYS BEFORE THE POLICE TO RESCUE HER FROM SUCH WRONGFUL CONFINEMENT IN A LOCKED ROOM.

The experts have given good suggestions asking you to somehow manage her to lodge a complaint with the police about the illegal confinement by her people, you follow it up you will find the solution for the problem.

Yes. you are right..
I will wait for some time, so that if she manages her parents, and come out from the home. Then, I will do the next procedures.
Or else, i will manage one of her close friend, or colleague to give note at her home.
I still hope some times time matters.
