My friend is a registered Pharmacist. Can he give his license in lease or rent to a drug store for some monetary consideration? Can there be proper legal contract for this?

Actually more than 50% chemist shops are running on the same way but desired but legally pharmacist has to show himself as on service on that shop as he can only sale the drugs.

Dear Sir(s) are you suggesting that a Service-Agreement should be drawn between the Drug-Store Proprietor and the Registered Pharmacist?

Legally he can not but in practice it happens 99.9%.

So Prabhakar Sir, even if he draws a Service Agreement, that in future shall be void in law?
