Gold mortagaged

one distant relative with help of the family members mortaged some gold ornaments in her native town, on the pretext of doin some business.
Now father want to redeem that gold from pawn broker, but relative is afraid of paying penalties is not revealing truth.

Experts let me know if RTI act help to find out the pawn broker so that father redeem the gold at his own expenses.

There is no scope of RTI with a private party.

Also, if there is some penalty you would need to pay the same. If your relative is not telling the truth, the truth won't emerge by doing RTI or such things.

Go and sit with the pawn broker and try to settle the matter.
