Good Advocate to fight against IPC 399&402

Dear Experts,
Need your guidance to select good advocate for our case under section 399&402 in Faridabad.
We are associated with an advocate but not really satisfied. We got bail after one month of filing bail application with 3 arguments that to after other accused got bail. We had to go through under multiple dates but other accused advocate made them released on first date. We were the first to file bail application but got it at the end.
Is it like advocate face value matters a lot?
Should I explore other options? Should It be good if I get associated with outside advocate or local advocate should be preferable?

It has to be seen why you took so long to get the bail. Whether the factum was different for different accused etc. Face value does matter but not always. You may contact me. I practice in Delhi nd Faridabad.

face value does not a matter always. but without knowing the fact of your case we can not guide in this aspect.
granting bail is discretion of court. opinions may differ judges to judges. for a same offence my town judge may grant bail, your town judge may not grant..
thats it.

If you want to change your Advocate, change him. This would provide satisfaction and boost your morale for defense.
