I am Tenent, who has bought goodwill, business & license from the landlord by his offered price in the year 1999.In future if the landlord wants to me to vecate, can i clame this goodwill, business & license from landlord legally before vecating. By fixing my own price as market prise of year 2010.

You have just purchased goodwill of business, the business and licence from the landlord but have not acquired the title of the premises. The landlord remains the owner of the premises. He can evict you from the premises by taking recourse to the provisions of law.

You can claim goodwill, business and licence from the landlord by fixing your own price at market value of the year 2010 only if you have provided so in the agreement.

Yes. As you are also buyer so at the time of vacation of premises, you can legally make claim against all your purchases.
