A Ex PSU employee who joined central govt office through proper channel, what is his pay composition which may protection. This protection is not happening to his what he do for it in all meaner. Please 🙏 reply I am in this condition

For pay protection in a new Government service, there are some conditions. The official should have applied through the proper channels, should have submitted a technical resignation in his/her previous office, etc. Generally, PSU employees don’t get pay protection after joining Government Service, because, in PSUs, the employees get Industrial DA (IDA) and the Government employees get Central DA, the rates of which are totally different.

Which PSU was the previous employer, that accepted technical resignation and permitted its employee to join union government service ?
Generally it may be vice-versa.

Not even vice versa. technical resignation is there only if movement is from govt to govt.

If the technical resignation was permitted then his pay will be protected as per the rules in vogue.
