can anyone say what is appointment made in public interest in case of a fresh appointment made against a open advt of a candidate already in govt service does it gaurantee any constitutional rights if terminated while on probation what will happen to his past services in case terminated on probation

if the past services renedered can give pension on pro rata basis then whehter such pension would still be available in case of termination too

If such person has been appointed only on the bases of consideration of his past service thus creating end to his past service and he joins on probation at some new place/department/State and further gets terminated during probation period then he has no claim with his past service whereas if facts are otherwise then he shall not lose his past service and can re-join there as per departmental rules.
