Govt. service status

sir,
i was joined central govt. on year-2002 with old pension and GPF in PRASAR bharati. After apply through proper channel our own department direct recruitment post and select that post. i was re-appointment in my own department and joined year-2009 to new post for submitting technical resignation, now i getting pay protection, old pension and GPF.

in prasar bharati employees in two category
1) govt. status before joining cut off date 05/10/2007
2) corporation employees status after 05/10/2007
some benefits based on employee status,what about my service status and eligible benefits

Dear Mugilvannan,

Although you will get benefits of past service pertaining to Government employment, but your status will be corporate employee status, being new appointment for the new post in the organisation with new status, as a PSU (corporation).

Your pay protection was available to you hen you shifted from Prasar Bharti to new department but as soon as you returned back on direct employment after 2007 then definitely you are now a corporation employee.
