Dear Experts of the Forum,
In a case third party makes a Registered gift deed to his daughter saying the property is of his Ancestral, in fact he is noway connected to family.
As She is constructing house, i approached the court for injunction/ stopping of the same. But surprising fact is ,now they Claims that this property is come to them through a agreement of sale through a GPA holder and this GPA not readily available with them ( This is the statement they made in the plaint submitted to the court, they have left blank in GPA no. column). The court supports the defendant case and dismissed my petition.
In fact this land is part of the property in partition suit between my brother and me. Which is under Injunction by the Dist Session court and upheld by the High Court. The trial is to begin.
Dear Experts what should i do now, Please GUIDE me.

You are advised to file a civil appeal against the dismissal order immediately through your local lawyer, and get it remand again for adducing fresh evidence and join brother as the other necessary party to the suit.
